Our lifting device is designed as a vacuum plate with an additional inner clamping unit for the safe lifting of horizontally stored slit strip. Due to the specific design, the device is suitable for all strip materials and can handle coils with 3 different inner diameters without a major equipment change.

2. Joining presses/crop shears for continuous lines

For joining of strip ends for tension-levellers, pickling lines, annealing lines, coating lines etc. for aluminium, copper/brass, zinc etc.
The tool design is subjected to German protection of patterns and designs.
Minimized burr and flitter are the dominating features of this special stitch.
Our product range covers a strip width from 500 to 2500 mm and a thickness
of 0.15 to 6 mm.
